You may display and download or print portions of the material from different areas of the site solely for your non-commercial use, or to place an order with Mayhem. Any other use, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited.

Product Descriptions: Mayhem attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Mayhem does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are accurate, reliable, complete, or error-free. If a product offered by Mayhem is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Product Returns: If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact Mayhem within twenty one days, and we will refund your purchase price, less shipping fees. Alternatively, we can offer a credit note for the full amount, less shipping fees. The labels of the purchased item must still be intact and proof of purchase will be necessary. Please send items and receipts recorded delivery to the address on the receipt. and specify whether you require a refund or a credit note.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability: this site is provided by Mayhem on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mayhem makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk. Typographical Errors: In the event that Mayhem product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, Mayhem shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Mayhem shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Termination: These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the shopping process. These terms and conditions may be terminated by Mayhem without notice at any time for any reason.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mayhem from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, resulting from violation of these terms and conditions or any activity related to your account (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the site using your Internet account.

Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.   We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.    We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
